Change document translation limits for your team

Team admins can manage the document translation allowance for team members. There are two possible settings:

• The total number of document translations is freely accessible by all team members. 
  With this option, all team members will share the total amount of document translations included monthly in your plan. No limit per individual team member will be set.

• The number of document translations available to each team member per month is limited to… With this option, you will set a limit of document translations per team member. The limit set must be the same for all team members, e.g., it's not possible to set a limit of 3 document translations for one team member, and 5 for another. You can specify the limit in the input field. Please note that these limits do not apply to admin(s).

To change document translation limits, do the following:

1. Log in to your DeepL account
2. Click the Settings tab (only available to team admins)
3. Under Document translation limit, click on Edit
4. Select your preferred option, then click Update limits
