Required plan: paid DeepL plan for teams
As a team admin, you can choose to display or hide information about individual team members' data from all team admins. You can manage the display of information in the settings of your admin account.
If this setting is disabled, the following information will not be visible for team admins:
- Users tab: the column Last session and timestamp when the user last logged (SSO only)
- Users tab: the column Last used and the timestamp when DeepL Pro was last used
- Users tab: the column Status and label Inactive for users that have not been active in the last 30 days
- Analytics tab: the preview of team members with highest usage
In addition, the options to export and download individual team member usage reports will be disabled.
Choosing to display this information makes the data visible to all admins.
To enable or disable the display of this information, follow these steps:
- Log in to your DeepL account
- In the Settings tab, go to Usage data of individual team members
- Disable or enable the toggle switch
By default, the toggle is set to active when a team subscription is created. Team admins can disable it at any time. You can find more information in our Privacy Policy.
