With a team subscription, each user in the team, including admins and team members, needs unique login credentials. Team members of a team using SSO can log in via their identity service provider and don't need separate DeepL login credentials.
Team members
In their account, team members can do the following:
- View and change their login credentials
- Access and create their Authentication Key for CAT tool plug-ins (only available if CAT tool access is part of your plan)
Team admins
Team admins have more rights than team members:
- Upgrade or downgrade to a different plan
- Change the billing period between monthly and annual
- Cancel the subscription
- Access payment details, billing information, and invoices
- Access team's usage dashboard to view the number of translated characters and files (via the Analytics tab in the admin's account)
- Manage groups and add users to the team
- Assign or revoke admin access
- Set file translation limits for team members
- Define security options for the team, such as hiding the "Apps & Integration" page from team members
- It is only possible to hide the page, this does not prevent team members from accessing installed apps or integrations
- Set custom branding options (e.g., upload a new logo to replace the DeepL logo)
- Create and manage customization features, such as style profiles, style rules, glossaries and translation memories
- Set the sharing rights on customization features
- Enforce or set style profiles as default for team members

Customization admins
Customization admins have additional rights to team members, but not all the same rights as team admin:
- Create and manage customization features, such as style profiles, style rules, glossaries and translation memories
- Set the sharing rights on customization features
- Enforce or set style profiles as default for team members
Customization admins cannot amend billing details or manage a subscription or team members. A team subscriptions can have more than one customization admin, but they need to have a license assigned to them.

API admins
Unlike other subscriptions, API subscriptions are not licence-based. Instead, they grant access to the Pro service through authentication keys.
API admins manage the API subscription. They do not have access to Pro services in the web translator and desktop apps.
An API Pro subscription can have several admins to allow for flexible subscription management of the following:
- API keys and usage limits
- Cost control management on subscription level
- Customization assets
