Edit captured domain

Domain names cannot be changed when editing an existing captured domain. To change the domain name, you must remove the existing domain and add a new domain. If you want to change the settings to control signups, you can do the following.

1. Go to the Settings tab in your DeepL account
2. In the Team | Domain capture section, click on the three dots next to your domain that you want to edit
3. Select Edit
4. Change the settings to control signups. For information on the different options, see this article. 

Re-verify domain

If the verification process wasn't successful, you can initiate the process again. Before you do this, make sure that you have changed the DNS settings at your domain provider and created a text record with the code provided during set up. For more information, see this article. Reach out to your IT admin for support. 

1. Go to the Settings tab in your DeepL account
2. In the Team | Domain capture section, click on the three dots next to the domain that you want to re-verify
3. Select Verify again from the menu
   The verification process restarts and we'll notify you about the result

Remove domain

1. Go to the Settings tab in your DeepL account
2. In the Team | Domain capture section, click on the three dots next to the domain that you want to remove
3. Select Remove domain from the menu
   Once a domain is removed, users signing up with the removed domain are no longer captured and can create an account outside of your team.
