Create a group invitation link
For teams that use DeepL credential login, team admins can create invitation links for groups. To find out more about managing groups, see this article.
If you add more users than there are licenses available, those users can still join the team, but they will not receive a license. For security and data privacy purposes, we recommend ensuring that all users have a license to prevent them from using DeepL's free products.
Create a group invitation link via the Groups tab
- Go to the Groups tab in your DeepL account
- Select the name of the group you wish to create a group invitation link for
- On the group's details page, click Create new link in the section Invitation link
- Select whether you want to restrict the invitation link to email addresses from a specific domain (e.g., @deepl.com), or allow anyone with the link to join
- Click Create link
An invitation link will be generated and displayed in the section Invitation links - Copy the link and share it with the users you want to invite
You can delete the link in the section Invitation link if you no longer want users to be able to join groups via the link. To create a new link, you need to delete the existing one first.
