How can I get in contact with the DeepL Support team?
You can contact the DeepL Support team from within your account. To do so, please log in to your account and contact us by submitting a request.
Please note: Currently, we don't offer phone support.
Below, you will find a brief explanation on how to fill out our contact form. This will help us collect as much information as possible to process your request faster.
Our contact form includes the following fields:
- Email address: To be able to get back to you, we need your email address. This will already be filled in automatically.
- Version of your browser or the app: This might be filled in automatically. Otherwise, please enter this manually.
- Product: You can indicate all features and products related to your request.
Example: If the formal/informal function doesn't work on the web translator and you have an Advanced subscription, you might select: formal/informal, web translator, and DeepL Pro Advanced. - Request type: Please select one of the following options.
- Administrative: For questions concerning your account, subscription, plan, payment, billing, or invoice.
- Technical issue: For issues or problems affecting the functionality of our products and/or services.
- Feedback/Question: For suggestions and questions about our products and/or services.
- Sales: If you want to get in touch with our Sales team.
- Description: Please describe the issue as detailed as possible to help us understand the matter faster.
- For payment inquiries: Your invoice number (similar to DP-XXXXX).
- For translation errors: The source text, the translation, and the language pair.
- For API requests: The exact request your are sending to our API.
- Attachments: You can upload any kind of material that can help us understand the matter faster.
- For functionality issues: A screenshot with the error message that is being displayed.
- For issues with document translations: Your document which can't be translated (if the content is not confidential or sensitive in any way).
- For issues with the desktop app: Your log file. You can learn how to export a log file here.
Once you've entered the required details, please submit your request.
