File translations per month
Each DeepL Pro plan includes a set number of file translations. You can compare the number of file translations included in each plan here.
If you already have a DeepL Pro subscription, you can check the number of file translations available to you in your DeepL account under Subscription. You can also see your monthly contingent of file translations in the toolbar in the Translate files tab.
Here you can also change your plan if you want more or less file translation per month. Any upgrades take effect immediately, while switching to a more limited plan is effective only at the end of your current billing period.
If you use DeepL Pro as a member of a team plan and need to translate more files, contact your team admin, who will be able to make changes to the team subscription.
You can find more information on how to change the file translation limits for your team here.
Unused file translations cannot be moved over into the following month.
Billing of file translations
DeepL Pro subscriptions include a fixed number of file translations per month. These are included in the subscription fee, meaning that you will not be billed additionally when translating a file.
