Once a subscription is cancelled and deactivated, DeepL will delete your custom content after 90 days.
This includes the following contents:
- Glossaries
- Saved translations
- Style rules
- Write your own rules
The team will be dissolved 90 days after the subscription expires, unless a new subscription is booked during that time. This means team members and admins become DeepL accounts and are free to join other teams. If you have a free account and want to delete it, you can find out how to do so in this article.
Custom content created by all members of the team will be deleted.
Content that has been stored locally, such as in DeepL's mobile apps, will not be deleted.
