When you subscribe to a DeepL plan, an invoice will be created at the start of your current billing period. You can access the invoice of your subscription as an individual DeepL Pro user or a team admin.
You can access you current and all paid invoices in your account in the Billing tab. On this page, you can also check the payment status of your invoices. If your payment status is "PAID", the payment has been successful.
A DeepL invoice contains the following information:
- Invoice number and date
- Customer ID
- Subscription ID
- Payment status
- Billing period
- Billing address
- Billing details
- VAT details
- Payment method
Billing information like your billing address can be updated under Billing information in the Account tab. Learn more about how to change your billing information here.
If you have already entered a VAT ID in your account, it is not possible to change it.

To send your invoices to an additional billing email address, enter an email address in the Billing email address field under Account.
