Content is translated from English using DeepL Pro.
Required plan: DeepL Voice for Meetings
When you connect your meeting to DeepL Voice, you are assigned the translation manager role, which gives you access to translation controls and customizations.
Voice for Meetings license holders within the same team subscription
can request
the translation manager role. Once requested, the role transfers to that
user.
The translation manager has access to the following translation controls and customizations:
-
Pause translation
The pause translation feature removes the bot from the meeting, so users can be reassured that no audio is being streamed when sensitive topics are being discussed. Disabling Pause translation will prompt the bot to rejoin the meeting (the Zoom admin may be prompted to allow the bot to rejoin).
-
Download transcript
Download a transcript of your meeting. Learn more.
-
Glossaries
Apply a glossary to specify how certain words or phrases should be translated for all users. Learn more - About glossaries.
-
Spoken terms
Apply a spoken terms list to specify how DeepL should recognize and transcribe certain words before they are translated. Learn more - About spoken terms.
