Admins can see which team members have no licenses assigned to them by filtering for them:
- Go to the Users tab in your account.
- Use the filter License, and select Unassigned
- Only users who do not have any license assigned to them will be shown

- Go to the Users tab in your account
- Use the filter Status, and select Inactive
- Only users who have not used either DeepL Translator or Write in the last 30 days will be shown
