Required plan: Any DeepL Voice for Meetings plan except Core.
Apply a glossary to specify how certain words and phrases should be translated for all users in your virtual meeting. Learn all about the glossary feature here.
All Voice for Meetings plans except Core (which doesn't include customizations) allow you to create 250 glossaries with unlimited entries.
The translation manager can apply a glossary via Customizations in the Toolbar.
- Open the Toolbar
- Go to Customizations
- Choose a glossary from the dropdown list
To manage your glossaries, go to the Glossaries tab.
When using DeepL Voice via the Microsoft Teams app, the translation manager can apply a glossary directly in the Microsoft Teams interface:
- Go to translation controls
- Select Glossary
- Choose a glossary from the dropdown list
Glossaries can't be created or edited in the Microsoft Teams app. This needs to be done on the DeepL web page. After editing a glossary, it may take up to 10 seconds for the changes to be visible in Microsoft Teams.
