Team admins can manage users and subscriptions through license groups. Find out more about license group management in this article.
In this article you can learn how admins can identify team members either have no license assigned to them, or that haven't used their assigned licenses. Admins can then reassign those licenses to other team members. For information about managing team members through license groups, see this article for DeepL credential login, and this article for SSO login.
Identify groups that have a license shortage
Admins can see which license groups have more members than there are available licences.
- Go to the License groups tab in your account
- If there is a license group that has fewer licenses than members, there will be a yellow badge indicating this
- Click on the name of the license group to open the group's detail page
- Click on Fix shortage in the yellow banner
- Fix the license shortage by purchasing more licenses or moving team members without a license to a different license group
Identify users without licenses
Admins can see which team members have no licenses assigned to them by filtering for them:
- Go to the Users tab in your account.
- Use the filter License, and select Unassigned
- Only users who do not have any license assigned to them will be shown
Identify users without usage
You can do the following to identify users that haven't used their DeepL licenses:

- Only users who have not used either DeepL Translator or Write in the last 30 days will be shown
