DeepL Pro Advanced, Ultimate, Team, Business, Enterprise, Write, Conversations, Meetings
If the admin of your DeepL Pro team subscription has changed the login process to Single Sign-On (SSO), you will be prompted to activate the new login process for your account when you are still logged in or try to log in with your DeepL credentials in a web browser.
- If you are logged in to your account when the admin activates SSO for your team, you will be prompted to log in with SSO on the next page reload
- If you are not logged in when the admin activates SSO for your team, you will be prompted to log in with SSO the next time you log in with your DeepL credentials
After logging in with SSO for the first time, it is activated for your account. Logging in with your DeepL credentials for other DeepL apps and integrations will continue to work until SSO is activated for your account or until you login on the apps and integrations via SSO.
Team admins cannot log in with SSO. To configure or adjust SSO settings at any time, admins should continue to log in with their login credentials.
For guidance, on logging in with your SSO login, see here.
