Automate API key management
With the Admin API, admins can automate the management of developer API keys, to reduce manual effort.
Admins can use the Admin API to automate the following tasks for managing developer API keys.
- List all keys
- Create keys
- Rename keys
- Deactivate keys
- Set usage limits per key

SCIM user provisioning
When using SCIM user provisioning for their team, an Admin API key is automatically created when SCIM is enabled. Admins need this admin key to connect DeepL with their identity provider.

Go to Admin keys in your DeepL admin account
If you don't have access to the API keys tab, the admin API hasn't been enabled for your team yet. Contact us to enable the admin API. - Copy the key that was created or create a new one
