Once the translation manager starts a translation session, a link is posted in the Microsoft Teams meeting chat.
- Click Chat in the meeting toolbar
- Follow the Open DeepL Voice link
OR
If you don't see a link, ask the meeting host to resend a link to the meeting chat - Follow the on-screen instructions to connect DeepL Voice to your Microsoft Teams meeting
- Select your spoken and caption languages
- Click Start translation
- Click the floating window icon
to expand an additional window
You can resize and position this window to overlay translation wherever you want to read the meeting translation.
