Once you have created a style profile, you can share it with other members of your team and grant access rights. You can also share a style profile with your whole team.
After sharing a style profile, all members with viewing access will see the glossaries, style rules and translation memories included in the set as suggestions in their interface. They will also automatically be granted viewing rights to all features included in the style profile. Once a style profile has been shared, it can also be set as default or enforced for team members.
