How can I test the configuration before activating SSO for my team?
Once you have confirmed your SSO configuration with OpenID Connect or SAML, we recommend that you test it before activating the SSO login for your whole team.
Please note that the team administration account can't use the SSO login. You should use another email address for testing purposes.
To test the setup, please ask one of your team members to log in to their DeepL Pro account with SSO. To activate the new login process, this team member should do the following:
- Log out and back in one last time using your regular DeepL credentials (email and password) here: http://deepl.com/login
- Follow the steps you are prompted with to migrate your account. After you complete the process, you will be logged in via SSO.
If the test user has successfully logged in with SSO, you can proceed to SSO activation for your whole team.
