I am having issues when trying to log in. What can I do?
At DeepL, our highest priority is to ensure the security of your data. Therefore, during the login process, among other things, certain URLs like clearance.deepl.com will be called to verify that you are indeed a human.
If you get the error message "Sorry, there was a problem with the security check, and the request to clearance.deepl.com failed. Please try again or contact your administrator" when trying to log in, please check your browser for any installed browser plug-ins (so-called "ad blockers") that might block network requests to the domain clearance.deepl.com and, if necessary, unblock clearance.deepl.com.
If you have done this, but the issue still occurs, please contact your IT department, as this might indicate a problem in your network or firewall configuration that prevents the domain clearance.deepl.com from being called.
If your login button is greyed out when trying to log in to DeepL, please check your browser or firewall as they might block network requests to the domain challenges.cloudflare.com and, if necessary, unblock challenges.cloudflare.com as well.
