I'm a team admin. How can I set the document translation limits for my team?
If you are a team admin, you can manage the document translation allowance of your team members. To do so, log in to your account and open the Settings tab. Under Document translation limit, click on Edit. Two options will be displayed:
- The total number of document translations is freely accessible by all team members. With this option, all team members will share the total amount of document translations included monthly in your plan. So no limit per team member will be set.
- The number of document translations available to each team member per month is limited to… With this option, you will set a limit of document translations per team member. The limit set must be the same for all team members, e.g., it's not possible to set a limit of 3 document translations for one team member, and 5 for another. You can specify the limit in the input field. Please note that these limits to not apply to the admin account(s).
Once you have selected the suitable option, click on Update limits.
