I am the team administrator. How can I set the document translation limits for my team?
If you are the team administrator, you can manage the allocation of document translations among the team members. To do so, log in to your account and open the Team tab. Under Document translation limit for team members, click on Edit. Two options will be displayed:
- The total number of document translations is freely accessible by all team members. With this option, all team members will share the total amount of document translations included monthly in your subscription. So no limit per team member will be set.
- The number of document translations available to each team member per month is limited to… With this option, you will set a limit of document translations per team member. You can only allocate an equal amount of document translations to each team member. You can specify the limit in the input field. The pre-set number corresponds to the maximum amount of document translations that you can specify per team member (Starter: 5 / Advanced: 20 / Ultimate: 100).
Once you have selected the suitable option, click on Update limits.
Please note that the team administration account is not limited. This means that the team administrator can consume the total number of document translations available in the subscription.
