Can I save my translations?
Yes, you can save your favorite translations in our DeepL for Windows or Mac app. This feature is only available for DeepL Pro subscribers.
For Windows
To save a translation, please do the following:
- Log in to your DeepL account.
- Enter a text for translation. Next to the translation result on the right side, you will see the Save
icon.
- Click on the Save
icon. Once your translation is saved, the Save icon will be filled in
.
Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+S to save a new translation.
You can easily view your saved translations under the Saved translations tab at the upper end of the app.
Here you can switch between your translation history entries and your saved translation entries. Click on Favorites to access your saved translations. You can see the number of translations you have already saved next to the Favorites tabs in brackets.
Above each translation you have saved, the source language and the target language are displayed. You can save translations for each language pair available on DeepL Translator. However, your saved translations are not sorted out accordingly.
Your translations are displayed in reverse chronological order: newest translations are displayed first.
For Mac
