Can I switch between plans after I purchase?
Yes.
We offer several plans and the flexibility to customize those plans and switch between them, should your needs change. After signing up for a DeepL Pro (Starter, Advanced) plan, options to change your plan can be found in your DeepL Account, under Plan and then click on Compare plans.
Upgrades take place immediately, whereas a switch to a more limited plan will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you have a DeepL Pro Ultimate plan, you can only upgrade by switching to a team plan. To do so, click on Use as team in your DeepL Account.
It is not possible to switch from DeepL API to a different subscription plan. If you want to switch to a different subscription plan, you have two options.
- You can cancel your DeepL API subscription and book a new subscription plan as soon as the current billing period is over.
- Or, you can keep your DeepL API subscription registered under the current email address and purchase a new subscription plan with a different email address.
