At DeepL, we believe in transparency and empowering our customers to have control over their accounts and data.
You can authorize DeepL to access your account settings for troubleshooting, customer onboarding, or general user management including account and subscription management (e.g., adding and deleting users, (re-)assigning team account administrators) and more.
By default, DeepL teams can't access your account data.
To grant DeepL teams access to your account settings, subscription admins can do the following:
- Go to the Settings tab in your DeepL account
- Under Account access, click the toggle switch
This allows DeepL teams to make changes to your (or your team’s) account and subscription on behalf of you.
You can change this setting at any time. If you need to contact DeepL to be actively supported by our teams, we recommend to activate this toggle before contacting DeepL’s Customer Support team, your Customer Success Manager or Account Executive.
