Team admins have several options for managing licenses for their team when subscription management by groups is enabled. You can identify team members that haven't used their licenses and reuse those licenses for other team members. For more information about removing team members from groups, see this article.
Identify team members with unassigned license
If subscription management by groups is enabled for your team, licenses are automatically assigned to team members based on their group membership and the subscription assigned to that group. It may happen that a team member is assigned to a group, but there are no licenses to the linked subscription available. To identify the team members who haven't been assigned a license, follow these steps.
- Go to the Users tab in your account.
- The Licenses column lists all subscriptions for which the team member has a license assigned based on their group membership. If no license is assigned, it will show Unassigned.
- You can also filter for all team members who don't have a license assigned by selecting Unassigned under Licenses in the filter top bar.
Identify team members without usage
You can do the following to identify team members that haven't used DeepL while logged into their DeepL account.
- Go to the Users tab in your account
- In the Status column, all team members that haven't used DeepL Pro or DeepL Write Pro while logged in during the last 30 days have the status Inactive. If nothing is displayed, team members have used DeepL Pro or DeepL Write Pro in the last 30 days.
- You can filter for all team members that haven't used DeepL Pro or DeepL Write Pro while logged in by selecting Inactive under Status in the filter top bar
Identify team members who haven't logged in (SSO)
If SSO is enabled for your team, you can see the last time team members logged in in the Last session column on the Users tab of your account.
