When subscription management by groups for your team is enabled, a default group is automatically created. For more information, see this article. As a team admin you can define the default group behaviour.
When single sign-on is enabled for your team, every SSO user is automatically assigned at least to the default group via JIT provisioning (Just-In-Time provisioning). If JIT group sync is enabled SSO users are also assigned to their respective groups created in your identity provider and your DeepL account.
All users will always be part of the default group when logging in with SSO.
You can decide if you want to assign a subscription to the default group or not.
- Subscription assigned: All users will have access to this product. Additional access to other products is managed via other groups.
- Subscription not assigned: Users only have access to products assigned to them via other groups.
