It is possible for a DeepL account to have more than one subscription by enabling the subscription management by groups feature. Currently, this can only be enabled by your DeepL Account Executive or your Customer Success Manager. Once the feature is enabled, team admins manage groups and users.

If you only want to add users to a group and make no other changes, you can also click on Add users next to the group you want to add them to.
You can see more detailed information such as which subscriptions they include and what users are a part of them by clicking on the name of the group.

If a user is not part of your team yet, they will receive an invitation email they need to accept. If a user is already part of another group or has been part of a group in the past, they will be added to the group immediately.
You can also add multiple users to your groups:
- Go to the Users tab in your DeepL account
