Use DeepL Voice for Microsoft Teams with external guests
For best results, send a meeting invitation to external guests, rather than sharing a meeting link to an ad-hock meeting by clicking Meet now. See guidance here. Guests should join the meeting by clicking the link in their email invitation link or via their Microsoft Teams calendar.
Limitations
- DeepL Voice for Meetings can't be used when the Apps feature is unavailable (e.g., Microsoft Teams town hall meetings, direct calls, channel calls).
- If the DeepL app is closed, your meeting transcript will be lost. We recommend opening the chat in a separate window to avoid this.
