Multiple team admins

Is it possible to name multiple team members as team admins?

Yes, as team admin you can grant admin rights to your DeepL Pro team subscription to other members of your team.

To grant admin rights to a team member:

1. Log in with your DeepL account
2. Navigate to the Team tab and scroll down to the list of all team members under Your team
3. Search for the team member you'd like to assign as admin
4. Next to the member's name, click on the icon
5. Click on Grant admin access
6. A new window will open, asking you to confirm your decision
7. Click on Assign admin

The new admin will be informed via email about their new admin rights. Their role displayed under Your team will also change to Team admin.

Important: Please note that SSO login is not available for team admins. More information can be found here.

There is no limit on how many team admin can be in your team. Please note however, that each team admin will take up a license.

All team admin will have the same rights, such as inviting or removing teams members or changing the subscription. You can learn more about admin rights in this article.

You can also have your admin rights revoked by another admin. More information about how to do so can be found here.

Please note that it is not possible to revoke your own admin rights at the moment.
